Jason Day Crushed an Iron 300 Plus Yards at WGC-Cadillac Championship

Jason Day said he spoke with Tiger Woods about mental toughness before theWGC-Cadillac Championship. While that may be one part of his game he needs to work on, his physical toughness or ability is not.

On the 623 yard par-5 10th at Trump National Doral, Day hit driver and then an iron the rest of the 310 yards he had left to the green. His ball stopped just nine feet from the pin and he walked away with a birdie.

Wow.

Day is currently two-under through his first five holes.
